A perfect snuggly Christmas night in

We LOVE our snuggles in this house. From a young age, Ethan has been a fan of curling up on the sofa with a soft blanket for cuddles, and if you throw in some hot chocolate, a Christmas movie and the twinkling of our tree in the background, well, you've got the perfect Christmas night in if you ask me!

Most of our evenings now involve some quality time together on the sofa having a snuggle and it's tradition to re-watch all our favourite Christmas holiday films too in the lead up to 25th December. So far, we have watched The Holiday, The Santa Clause, Elf and Jingle All The Way, with the lights dimmed, the tree on and usually something to nibble too.

Ethan has been poorly this week and we also had the snow hit us pretty hard too from Sunday, so we've had even more excuses than usual to indulge in our love of blankets - and thanks to Heat Holders, we have a beautiful new blanket to enjoy that is oh so warm, incredibly sort to touch and adds a glamorous touch to our lounge, matching the colours and style perfectly.

If you thought that Heat Holders were just about thermal socks, you would be wrong - although they do have the best range of toe warmers going, including some fun designs from superheroes to Star Wars that would make great stocking fillers for the kids or the man in your life (these are for Ste), and some fab and funky knee high options too which I personally love as they make for perfect loungewear (these are mine).

They pride themselves on 'making life warmer' and that's certainly ok by me. Our Heat Holders blanket feels extra special and blends beautifully in our lounge (there's 16 shades - ours is Moon Rock) so you're bound to find one to compliment your scheme), and it's my new favourite to curl up with, with a Christmas blend coffee or a tipple of something whilst we enjoy some quality family time and countdown the days until Christmas.

What's your idea of the perfect Christmas night in? What movie is your favourite this time of year?
