Over the course of the past year, I have spent a good deal of time exploring the ideas of wellbeing, mindfulness and spirituality. I think we have all reacted to the pandemic in different ways and I know many people like myself have sought out new hobbies, ways of working and living and to cultivate new habits.
Part of my exploration has led me to crystals, meditation, reiki and working with the chakras. This may sound a little bit out-there if this isn't something you have personally come into contact with or tried for yourself, but I have been open to new experiences and have always been facinated with these alternative approaches.
Another area I have made more time for is self-care - in relation to the above, but also into looking after myself a bit better and enjoying a relaxing bath or treatment at home to give myself a boost.
You can imagine then how excited I was to be introduced to a brand that combines wellbeing and beauty - Vitali-Chi. More than just a clever name, this company offers huge range of products from room cleansers to bath and beauty products with natural ingredients and energy boosting properities.
I have been trying out three different #gifted products over the course of the past month and will share my thoughts below.

I chose an aura and room spray to use in my personal study, which has become something of a sanctuary and is where my main crystal collection is and a place where I sometimes meditate or read. i chose the aura and chakra repair spray (£12 for 50ml) and the scent is super calming and great for setting a relaxing vibe.
The next product I have been enjoying is the Super-Eze bath salts (£25 for 300ml). I have sensitive skin, prone to psoriasis, so have long been a fan of bath salts as a treatment and these bath salts have created some very soothing baths indeed. The Super-Eze range has been developed to deal with all kinds of aches and pains, making this a great solution at the end of a long day.
The final Vitali-Chi product I have to share with you is the VGenere Anti Ageing Face Mask (£20 for 100ml). This feels super light on the skin when you apply it (I use a face brush) and it has a cooling effect I find. You simply leave it on for 10-15 minutes - or overnight as a more intense treatment - then wipe away and excess.
It's suitable for pigmentation, broken capillaries, fine lines, wrinkles and dry, mature or ageing skin. Hydrating aloe vera and skin firming, regenerating, antioxidant avocado, peach, wheatgerm and Vitamin E oils boost collagen and repair the skin long after sun exposure. Add to this, essential oils of Lemon to reduce cell and tissue damage and Sandalwood Amyris for skin elasticity and it packs a pretty powerful punch!
I have really enjoyed trying out these new products and learning more about this brand. It's always fun to find a new brand and it really does work alongside a lot of other things I am exploring and enjoying at the moment.
