Following on from my High Spirits Bath and Shower Oil review, I am back to share some information on the Tea and Tonic teas as I have been enjoying them for the past few weeks and think they offer a different range of flavours and they fit in so well with wellbeing routines.
I have been practicing yoga at a new local studio since the start of the year and it has been such an enjoyable experience; I am proud of myself for committing to it each week and taking time out to do something for myself is important and has made a big difference. After tuning in and relaxing my mind and body, some of the effects can dissipate when I get home (any mum with two kids will appreciate this!) but if I put the kettle on and pour myself a nice herbal tea, I can prolong the feeling of calm a little longer... at least, that's what I try to do!
The Tea and Tonic Wellness Teas collection combines super herbs with your favourite teas to make a delicious combination. There's a flavour, or two, to suit every taste and I have been particularly enjoying the Ginger Turmeric Tonic wellness tea (#gifted), although I was also sent a sample of the other flavours too to try out.
The Ginger Turmeric Tonic is gently warming, with clear hints of the herbs but without being too overpowering. It goes down very well following a yoga class and just makes me feel comforted and as if I am taking a moment for myself.
There's also awakening and sleep tea options too, with a mix of herbs and flavours to uplift or relax, and prices start at £14.50 for 28 tea pyramids (making it just 50p per cup), and there's loose teas in the collection too.
If you are a tea drinker, you will want to take a look at Tea and Tonic. Do it for your wellbeing!
